Area of validity These general terms and conditions of trade apply exclusively to the trading relationship between City Slang and their customers. Other alternative terms and conditions are hereby specifically excluded. Alternative customers terms and conditions are only valid if City Slang specifically agrees in writing.
Contract Closure By clicking the “submit-order” button a binding commitment is given for the product ordered. The confirmation of receipt of order follows immediately after order placement. The bill of sale is sent with the confirmation of order or with the product delivery.
Viewing of the contract text The text of the contract is stored. You have access to the general terms and conditions for this site at any time. You can view your specific order data by clicking the “My Account” button.
Delivery Period The anticipated delivery period is given with the product description. In the case of no information being made available, the delivery will be made within 30 days of order placement. Agreement in respect of longer periods of delivery is possible.
Part Delivery We are permitted to make part delivery as long as this is reasonable for the customer. Additional delivery costs are applicable only if specifically agreed.
Should products be out of stock or no longer available United Lifestyles will firstly try and reorder with our suppliers, if this is not successfull City Slang will cancel the item(s)
Right of Cancellation As a consumer you have, according to §13 BGB, the right to cancel your order before the goods have been despatched. The cancellation does not have to have a reason and can be made in writing (e-mail sufficient). Prodcuts which were delivered wrongly or damaged may be returned to City Slang after City Slang has agreed. Postage will be covered by City Slang. The goods should be in its original packaging and undamaged.
The following items are excluded from return Products produced or prepared to individual customer specifications or relating to specific personal requirements or those products that are unsuitable for return by normal methods, are perishable, or the when the expiry date has been exceeded.
Audio or video recordings or software in unsealed (opened) packaging
Newspaper and magazines
Guarantee Guarantee are made according to the legal requirements whereby, in the case of defect, you have the choice of return or product improvement. Should, after product improvement or replacement, the product still be defective, you then have the right of return and refund of the full purchase price, or to keep the product at a reduced price. Information in respect of possible manufacturer’s guarantee should be taken direct from the documentation with the product.
Reservation of proprietary rights Delivered product remains in our ownership until full payment is made.
Court of Jurisdiction The court of Jurisdiction is Berlin except when the customer is the consumer.
